ISOFLEX Cookies & Cream Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 Scoops of ISOFLEX Cookies & Cream Protein
  • 1 Cup Large Flake Oats
  • 1 Cup Egg Whites
  • 1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese (1% Fat)
  • 1/2 Cup Fat-Free Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp Stevia
  • 2 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 Tsp Vanilla Extract 

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until smooth and well combined.
  2. Add scoopfuls of batter to a non-stick pan and cook on low heat.
  3. Flip with spatula once edges looked cooked.
  4. Serve with your desired toppings or plain, enjoy!

Yields 3 Pancakes.
